Thank you for shopping with ZOVApets! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Timeframes After processing, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders below $50 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays: While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, ZOVApets is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
